He has developed applications for a variety of healthcare and biopharmaceutical clients, becoming a specialist in providing innovative tools for these industries. Prior to Apex Health Innovations, Paul worked for APEX Evangelists, where he specialized in Oracle APEX Development. For over 10 years, He has developed extensive skills in building many applications and dashboards. As an expert on the APEX platform, he regularly presents at conferences around the world. Paul is currently based in Leeds, United Kingdom. Paul first learned APEX and Oracle at Leeds Beckett University, where he achieved a first-class Honors degree.
